I painted this painting of the famous Alamo onsite on October 11, 2017. It was a wonderful experience! I met several people who came up to visit as I painted.          When I finished I strolled around the area and read the plaques on the Alamo lawn and I was moved emotionally by the stories of bravery and sacrifice. Very proud to be a Texan!
